Azerbaijan Appoints New Ambassadors to Three Countries


Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday signed an order on the appointment of Bunyad Huseynov as the country’s new ambassador to China, News.Az reports.

Under another presidential order, Akram Zeynalli was dismissed as Azerbaijan’s ambassador to China.

President Ilham Aliyev also signed another order on the appointment of Gismat Gozalov as Azerbaijan’s new ambassador to Turkmenistan. Under another presidential order, Hasan Zeynalov was relieved of his duties as Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Turkmenistan.

Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Iraq was also replaced. President Ilham Aliyev signed a relevant order on the appointment of Nasir Mammadov as Azerbaijan’s news ambassador to Iran.
