Iran has welcomed the joint statement of Azerbaijan and Armenia on the release of servicemen, said Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani at a press conference.
“Iran sees the joint statement as a positive step towards achieving mutual agreement between the two countries,” Kanaani added.
