You mentioned three countries. Russia is not on this list. I see no reason to comment on this. Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian foreign ministry, stated this at a press briefing Tuesday—and in response to a request to comment on the statement by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan that “Armenia welcomes the negotiations of Moldova and Ukraine with the EU regarding membership.”
“It simply does not concern us [Russia] within the framework of the statements made. I kept looking into your question to find how this applies to us. Since our agenda is not in it, I see no reason to comment on it,” responded the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
