Extradition of draft dodgers in Ukraine

Let us note that after the start of mobilization in Ukraine in February 2022, schemes began to emerge for those liable for military service to travel abroad – those who do not have the right to a deferment or exemption from mobilization on legal grounds.

The head of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, stated that Ukrainian law enforcement agencies in almost any country in the world can request the extradition of people who traveled abroad using fake IHC documents .

At the same time, People’s Deputy Fyodor Venislavsky noted that there will be no mass extradition of draft dodgers to Ukraine from abroad .
